The Student Assistant in Instructional Support Services (ISS) is a key team member supporting the department and the initial contact for individuals seeking assistance in person, via phone or email. This position provides support to adjunct faculty, faculty, staff, students, and the community. Students in this role should strive to be dependable, flexible, approachable, customer focused, proactive, and open to learning new skills and responsibilities.
