Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance-support training solutions that boost employee productivity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional objectives, content, and evaluation strategies; develop proposals; and incorporate best practices in adult learning and instructional technologies. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, instructional design technology, education technology, or related area, or 8+ years of equivalent work experience in designing and developing e-learning materials.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environment.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing for major training initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure solutions align with objectives; communicate innovative ideas.
