Job summary

ABB is seeking an Installed Base Manager in the US to lead data governance and cross-functional collaboration across factory, sales, and customer sites. You will own data quality, validation, and lifecycle processes to ensure accurate asset records.

This role requires 3+ years of data management and operations experience, with strong CRM/SAP skills and the ability to drive process improvements in a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in data management, operations, sales operations, or related discipline is required.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, product management, and manufacturing teams.
• Proficiency in CRM and/or installed base management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installed base management operations by developing, standardizing, and improving processes, workflows, and best practices for scalable data management across the US.
• Coordinate cross-functional with Factory and Sales teams to ensure accurate transfer, validation, and maintenance of installed base data, including container uploads and customer site confirmations.
• Serve as the primary installed base platform administrator and user support lead, providing training and onboarding.
