You will bridge factory operations, sales, and end users to maintain accurate asset data throughout the product lifecycle. Reporting to the Marketing & Product Marketing Director, you will administer the installed base platform, train colleagues, drive data quality, and push digital improvements, including AI-powered tooling, to enhance governance and scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, CS, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in data management or sales operations.
• Experience cross-functional with sales, operations, product management, and manufacturing teams.
• CRM familiarity with Salesforce or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead installed base management operations across the US.
• Coordinate cross-functional transfer and validation of installed base data.
• Serve as the primary installed base platform administrator and trainer.
• Drive tools improvement through digital technologies such as AI.
• Own data quality, governance, and site validation activities.
