Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data management, operations, sales operations, or a related discipline, ideally in electrical industry.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, product management, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead installed base management operations by developing, standardizing, and improving processes across the US.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Factory and Sales teams for data transfer, validation, and maintenance.
• Serve as the primary installed base platform administrator and user support lead.
• Drive tools improvement through digital technologies such as AI.
• Own data quality, governance, and site validation activities.
