You will own data quality, governance, and site validation while coordinating cross-functionally with Factory and Sales, serving as the primary platform administrator and driving digital tool improvements across ABB's Electrification Services Division

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in data management or related roles.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead installed base management operations and standardize processes across the US.
• Coordinate with Factory and Sales to ensure data transfer and validation.
• Act as the installed base platform administrator and provide user training and support.
• Drive digital tools improvements, including AI applications.
• Own data quality, governance, and site validation plus cleanup and reporting.
