Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service and scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers and subcontractors from booking to contract closeout.
• Make initial customer contact within 48 hours of job booking.
• Ensure installation site readiness including resources, access, and network readiness.
• Schedule technicians and vendors using scheduling software to meet on-time completion.
• Create job packets with all details and forms for installers.
• Track delivery of materials and update the Installation Portal for stakeholders.
• Close out installations with proper paperwork and inter-department communication.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.
