Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States is seeking a Customer Installations Coordinator to organize installations from first contact to contract close, coordinating technicians and vendors and ensuring site readiness.

You will perform welcome calls within 48 hours of booking, track materials, manage paperwork, and keep stakeholders informed, leveraging strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and professional communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installations from initial customer contact to contract close with internal teams.
• Perform welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of job booking.
• Ensure site readiness including construction progress, lift availability, network connectivity and on-site personnel.
• Schedule technicians and subcontractors using scheduling software to ensure on-time completion.
• Create job packets, track material deliveries, and update the Installation Backlog Tool for stakeholders.
