Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support customers and Install Field teams by coordinating installation activities, scheduling inspections, and tracking job progress across interior and exterior product lines.

You will be the main contact for customers, manage paperwork, and coordinate with the Branch Support Center, Sales, and Installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence throughout the install lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience in home improvement or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customer across the install life cycle, ensure timely follow-up and resolve questions.
• Coordinate with internal and external branch partners for all job inquiries and escalations.
• Manage intake of open jobs, review paperwork for accuracy, schedule pre-install inspections, place material orders, and process service tickets.
