Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of administrative/customer support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of home improvement/constructio n industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience: maintain regular communication with customers and follow up on install life cycle.
• 25% Job Process Support: coordinate with branches, handle escalations and ensure smooth job movement.
• 40% Operations: manage intake of all open jobs, schedule inspections, place material orders, and process labor bills.
