Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Installation Coordinator in New York to support customers and Install Field teams throughout the install lifecycle. You will be the main point of contact between customers and The Home Depot for job-related needs and help move jobs efficiently from start to finish.

You will coordinate pre-install inspections, ensure paperwork accuracy, collect payments, and schedule service with third-party providers while maintaining clear, timely communication and updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in a clerical, customer-service, or administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers across the install life cycle and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support install processes and handle escalations.
• Manage intake of jobs, data entry, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with service providers.
