The Home Depot is seeking an HDIS Installation Coordinator to serve as a central point of contact for customers and Install Field teams, coordinating schedules, inspections, and job movement to ensure a smooth experience from sale to service.

This role emphasizes timely paperwork, accurate records, and proactive communication, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and backlog targets while supporting branch operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Knowledge or experience in home improvement or construction industry preferred; clerical/administrative background valued.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customer across the install life cycle, ensures timely follow-up and resolves questions.
• 25% Job Process Support - Coordinates with internal/external partners for all job-related inquiries and escalations.
• 40% Operations - Manages intake of open jobs, reviews paperwork for accuracy, schedules pre-install inspections, places material orders, and processes labor bills for 3rd party providers.
