Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience - communicate with customers across install life cycle and resolve questions.
• 25% Job Process Support - coordinate with internal/external branches and escalate when needed.
• 40% Operations - manage open jobs, review paperwork, collect payment, schedule inspections, and place orders.
