Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a clerical or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life cycle to ensure satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Coordinates with internal and external partners to support job inquiries and customer escalations.
• Oversees intake and management of open jobs, collects payments, schedules inspections, places material orders, and processes labor bills for service providers.
