Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers across the install life cycle.
• Coordinate with internal and external branch partners for inquiries and escalations; support branch operations and efficient job movement.
• Schedule pre-install inspections, manage data entry, place material orders, and process labor bills for service providers.
