Job summary

Johnson Controls in Missouri is seeking detail-oriented staff to organize and schedule installations from first contact to contract closure. You will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and proper site readiness.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on customer service and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule installations with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time completion.
Perform welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of job booking.
Track materials and update the installation backlog with progress.
Authenticate and process paperwork to ensure Zero Harm safety compliance.
Close out installations in collaboration with multiple departments.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and internal programs.
