Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking an Installation Coordinator in High Point, NC to manage post-sales installation activities. You will ensure a seamless customer experience by updating timelines, coordinating with technicians, and communicating changes in real time.

Responsibilities include scheduling, proactive customer outreach, and processing final payments and paperwork.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; construction experience preferred.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; focus on accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point for customers and colleagues during post-sales installation.
Coordinate installation schedules with technicians and internal teams.
Provide timely updates and manage customer expectations throughout the installation.
Handle calls and emails professionally and document project progress.
Collect final payments prior to installation and review paperwork.
