Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an organized, on-site Installations Coordinator in Phoenix to manage installation projects, permitting, scheduling, and customer onboarding.

You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensure permits are submitted and tracked, and maintain documentation for the project lifecycle. Prior customer service experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects and manage permitting steps.
• Schedule installations from initial customer contact through contract closeout.
• Communicate with customers within 48 hours of booking.
• Oversee permit submissions and track approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
