Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced sales professional for a leadership role covering building construction clients in our Colorado market. You will manage the full sales cycle, from uncovering opportunities to negotiating contracts and ensuring on-going customer service through service delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of sales experience in the construction sector, with strong communication, presentation and closing skills, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years sales experience in building construction.
• Experience with electrical contractors; reading blueprints/wiring diagrams desirable.
• Strong oral and written communication; solid presentation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales process from uncovering opportunities to closing deals.
• Qualify prospects and develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain territory records and sales pipeline to meet quotas.
• Represent Johnson Controls at trade shows and industry events.
