You will target electrical contractors, analyze customer needs, and develop compelling proposals to win opportunities while maintaining a robust territory pipeline. A strong track record in closing deals and a self-motivated approach are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of successful sales experience in the building construction industry.
• Experience reading blueprints and wiring diagrams is desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills; self-motivated with good organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from uncovering opportunities to closing and ongoing service delivery.
• Qualify prospects, schedule face-to-face calls, and develop a sales strategy aligned with company offerings.
• Maintain an accurate territory plan and sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas; conduct seminars and product demonstrations.
