Job summary

Johnson Controls in the United States is seeking a results-driven sales professional to own the end-to-end sales process in the building construction market, from uncovering opportunities to closing deals.

You will develop solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, present to clients, and provide ongoing service through delivery, while expanding the territory and maintaining strategic accounts to meet quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the building construction industry.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent oral and written communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from uncovering opportunities to closing deals.
• Develop solutions, prepare proposals, and present to customers.
