Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to ensure work meets THD standards.

Responsibilities include managing customer communications, coordinating with service providers, and resolving open items to meet customer satisfaction. Travel is typically less than 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction/home improvement.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolve questions or changes.
• Manage all jobs in the assigned area, perform JSIs, badge checks, and ensure quality per THD standards.
• Assist in operations by resolving inquiries, driving efficient timelines, and using reports for accuracy.
