Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to guide the customer experience through the install life cycle, perform measurements, assess conditions, and review quality. You will conduct Job Site Inspections, badge checks, and meet customers to ensure the install meets THD standards.

This role drives issue resolution, scope changes, and timely completion with customer satisfaction. Travel is occasional; strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration with service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction/home improvement.
• Experience managing residential install projects and coordinating with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the install life cycle and resolve open questions.
• Manage all jobs in the assigned area and product category, including measurements and quality inspections.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries, drive scope changes, and ensure timely project closures and accurate documentation.
