Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. The AIS conducts JSI inspections, validates work quality, and coordinates with service providers to maintain THD standards.

Responsibilities include resolving issues and ensuring all items are closed to the customer’s satisfaction. Key duties cover customer communication, job process management across assigned areas, and handling inquiries to keep install

Qualifications

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
Construction/home improvement industry experience is preferred.
Prior experience managing residential home improvement install projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

25% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle; resolves open questions or changes; manages open services and Care Tickets.
60% Job Process Management - Manages all jobs in assigned area; performs product affirmations, technical measures, and JSIs; ensures scope changes are documented and installs meet standards.
15% Operations - Handles customer inquiries, resolves services and holds; uses reporting systems to ensure accurate install timelines and customer experience.
