Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will conduct Job Site Inspections, review conditions, perform product affirmations, and coordinate with service providers to keep installs on track.

You will resolve customer questions, escalate changes when needed, and ensure all open items are completed to the customer’s satisfaction by project end. This role requires travel up to 10% in our region.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction/home improvement install projects.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
• Experience in construction/home improvement industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolve open questions or changes.
• Manage all jobs from the assigned area and product category, including pre-existing conditions, affirmations, and JSIs.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, resolve services, and drive timely project completion.
