Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 25%: Manage customer experience across the install life-cycle; communicate with customers and resolve questions and scope changes.
• 60%: Oversee job process management; assess pre-existing conditions, perform product affirmations, conduct JSIs, and document scope changes.
• 15%: Handle operations; resolve inquiries, close open services, and use reports to track install progress.
