Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to support the customer experience through the install lifecycle. You will perform technical measures, assess conditions, conduct JSIs, and verify quality to ensure THD standards are met.

You will resolve customer questions, manage change requests, coordinate with service providers, and drive timely closures of open items, while maintaining clear communication and strong attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment testing.
• Preferred: construction/home improvement project management experience.
• Preferred: residential install project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains customer communication across install lifecycle.
• Manages all jobs in assigned area and product category, including pre-existing conditions and JSI checks.
• Addresses customer questions, ensures timely service closures, and coordinates scope changes and service provider interactions.
