Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to guide the customer through the install life cycle, perform measurements and inspections, and ensure THD standards are met at every step.

Key duties include managing job progression, resolving issues with vendors, and maintaining clear customer communication. The AIS will coordinate changes, document scopes, and drive on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing residential home improvement install projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and resolving questions or changes.
• Manage all jobs in the assigned area and product category, including inspections and scope changes, documenting procedures and approvals.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and drive timely closure of open services and changes, coordinating with service providers as needed.
