Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. The AIS will perform technical measurements, review conditions, and conduct job site inspections to ensure work meets THD standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, managing scope changes, and ensuring timely completion of all open items with service providers.

Qualifications

• The minimum education requirement is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Industry knowledge in home improvement or construction is preferred.
