Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will conduct technical measures, assess conditions, and perform Job Site Inspections to ensure quality and adherence to THD standards.

Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, managing scope changes with service providers, and ensuring all open items are completed to the customer’s satisfaction, with limited overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in residential install projects or construction preferred.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle, ensure timely follow-up and address changes.
• Manage jobs in the assigned area, perform pre-existing condition assessments, product affirmations, and JSIs; review workmanship.
• Resolve customer inquiries, approve or escalate scope changes, and ensure timely closure of all open items and services.
