You will perform technical measurements, assess conditions, conduct Job Site Inspections, and collaborate with service providers to uphold THD standards and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include managing changes, keeping customers informed, and ensuring timely closure of services within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers across the install life cycle and resolve open questions or changes.
• Manage all jobs in assigned area and product category, assess conditions, perform affirmations, and conduct JSIs.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and drive efficient install life-cycle timelines, using reporting to ensure accuracy.
