Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will conduct Job Site Inspections, perform technical measures, review conditions, and collaborate with service providers to ensure THD standards are met.

Lead customer communication, manage job scope changes, and help close open services promptly. Travel is typically less than 10% with opportunities to impact installing outcomes positively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the install lifecycle.
• Manage jobs in assigned area; perform JSIs and badge checks, ensure quality.
• Assist in resolving inquiries, escalate changes, and close out services efficiently.
