Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to ensure THD standards are met, while managing service providers and approvals for scope changes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining customer communication, documenting scope changes, and ensuring timely closure of open services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (the job notes a bachelor’s degree as typical knowledge, skills, and abilities).

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolve open questions or job changes.
• Manage all jobs from assigned area and product category; assess pre-existing conditions, perform product affirmations and technical measures; conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs).
• Assist in management of customer inquiries and drive efficient job life-cycle timelines using reporting systems.
