• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle, resolves questions or job changes; resolves in-process items and escalates as needed.
• Manages all jobs from assigned area and product category; conducts JSIs, badge checks, inspections, and documents scope changes to meet customer expectations; ensures timely closure of open services.
• Assists in handling customer inquiries across the install life cycle, resolves services, and uses reporting systems to monitor install progress and accuracy.
