Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience through the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to ensure THD standards are met.

You will manage multiple install projects, coordinate with service providers, resolve questions, document scope changes, and help close open items to complete installations to the customer's satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• 5 years of work experience in construction/home improvement or related fields.
• Experience managing residential install projects and coordinating with service providers.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and resolves questions or changes.
• Manages all jobs in assigned area and product category, conducts Job Site Inspections, and ensures scope changes are documented.
• Assists in handling customer inquiries and uses reporting systems to support the install process.
