Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and conduct Job Site Inspections to ensure work quality aligns with THD standards.

You will handle customer inquiries, manage scope changes, and coordinate with service providers to prevent delays, ensuring a smooth install from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to pass pre-employment checks.
• Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred; experience managing residential install projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle and manage changes or questions.
• Conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs), review quality, and verify contractor badge requirements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and open service items; drive timely closure of installed jobs.
