Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, are seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead the inside sales team serving builder accounts and customers. You will drive service excellence, manage a 4+ person team, and partner with outside sales and operations to ensure accurate pricing, timely deliveries and customer satisfaction across Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–6 years in building materials distribution and sales support.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience with pricing, ordering, and customer requests.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data input.

Responsibilities

• Set high standards for service and efficiency in the department.
• Respond to inquiries on product selection, orders, pricing, quotes, delivery and installs.
• Provide customer follow-ups and ensure satisfaction.
• Initiate calls to generate sales and maintain relationships.
• Coordinate purchase/delivery of special products and pricing.
• Input orders, pricing and data into the system accurately.
• Create sales tickets and assist with marketing presence of LRS.
• Develop and manage relationships with select customer accounts.
• Manage price, promotion and program for select customer segment.
• Coordinate project schedules with outside sales and customers.
• Handle special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing lists.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and resolve issues.
• Supervise a team of 4+ associates with budgeting and performance management.
