Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC seek an Inside Sales Representative to assist with new and existing customer sales and provide product support to outside sales reps. You will prepare quotes and supply product dimension information both in person and by phone.

The role pays $23.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience, and requires strong communication, timely order entry, and coordination with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years inside sales experience in building materials preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building supplies and applications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about product selection, orders, prices, quotations, and scheduling deliveries and installations.
• Initiate phone contacts to generate sales with customers and reps.
• Enter orders, returns, credits, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and pricing information.
