Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to assist with new and existing customer sales. This role provides product support, quotes, and order entry both in person and by phone.

The position emphasizes generating orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and building strong customer relationships while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in building material industry is preferred.
• Inside sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, complaints, and deliveries.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Enter work orders, credit returns, returns authorizations, pick tickets, and service requests.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing and availability.
• Manage schedules for projects with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Resolve credits, returns, and late payments; handle billing issues.
• Develop and grow professional customer relationships.
