US LBM Holdings, LLC, doing business through Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Minnesota. The role supports new and existing customer sales and provides product support to outside sales reps. You will handle quotes, product dimensions, and order entry both in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in the building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work orders and related paperwork.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and obtain pricing/specifications.
• Manage schedules for projects by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns and late payments as needed.
• Resolve back orders and billing issues; assist with pricing and price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
• Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.
