Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and gross margin targets, focusing on service contracts and recurring revenue.
• Manage renewals of larger contracts, including scope revisions and pricing negotiations.
• Present timely proposals and maintain accurate records of account activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing customers for additional products and services.
• Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and campaigns.
• Initiate sales by contacting existing customers and following up on leads.
