Job summary

Pavion is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Farmers Branch, TX to market and sell service offerings and service contract renewals for low voltage systems. You will work with the sales team and customers to process orders and handle inquiries, ensuring accurate CRM entries and on-time proposals.

Requirements include a Bachelors degree and 2+ years in sales support, strong communication, Excel and CRM experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sales processes and order management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Salesforce or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and gross margin targets with focus on service contracts and recurring revenue.
• Manage renewals of larger contracts, including scope revisions and pricing.
• Present timely proposals and maintain accurate account activity in the CRM.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing customers for additional products and services.
• Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals and campaigns.
• Initiate sales by contacting existing customers and following up on leads.
