Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I to support customers with urgent product needs, drive revenue, and deliver a best-in-class experience. You will manage high-volume interactions, prepare real-time quotes, process orders, and uncover opportunities to add products using CRM, CCaaS, and Power BI.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, results-driven, organized, and comfortable navigating internal systems in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales or service environment.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, chats, emails, quotes, and live orders.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM and CCaaS platforms, and reporting with Power BI.
• Experience learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology-related B2B sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer calls, chats, and emails.
• Process customer orders during live interactions.
• Create real-time product quotes.
• Identify customer needs through discovery and questioning.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and quotes.
• Recommend additional products based on customer needs and buying history.
• Resolve challenging customer interactions while maintaining satisfaction.
• Partner with customer service and technical sales support teams.
• Track opportunities, quotes, sales growth, and performance through CRM and Power BI.
• Follow established sales processes and escalation guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing sales and customer-service training.
• Meet daily productivity, service, quality, and sales targets.
