Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative I for a top global electronic-components supplier. This candidate will support customers with urgent product needs while driving revenue growth and delivering a best-in-class experience.

The role involves managing a high volume of customer interactions, preparing real-time quotes, processing orders, conducting outbound follow-up, and uncovering opportunities to recommend additional products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales or service environment.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, chats, emails, quotes, and live order processing.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM and CCaaS platforms.
• Experience using Power BI and CRM tools for reporting, sales analysis, opportunity tracking, and quote management.
• Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• High school diploma

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer interactions via calls, chats, emails, quotes, and live order processing.
• Prepare real-time quotes for customers.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
