Job summary

UNAVAILABLE is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support sales activities, manage customer accounts, and develop new business opportunities. You will oversee order entry, ensure product accuracy, coordinate timely delivery, and proactively communicate confirmations or issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or business-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery and retention.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications by phone and email.
• Research prospective leads, identify customer buying trends, and provide reports to management.
• Collaborate with estimating and internal teams to finalize quotes, pricing, and lead times.
• Enter, update, and maintain sales orders and CRM systems for leads, prospects, and customers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and support customer service needs.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding quotes, orders, and material applications.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance data as required.
• Work closely with sales teams to support growth and meet customer requirements.
