Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or sales support within an industrial distribution or technical products environment.
• Experience in industrial distribution, engineered products, fluid handling, or process equipment preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn product applications and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Support: primary contact for day-to-day inquiries, order management, and account support for assigned customers; prepare quotations and communicate status; escalate opportunities to Account Manager; build relationships through responsiveness and dependable execution.
• Order Management: process orders accurately in ERP; review orders for accuracy; coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure timely fulfillment; monitor open orders and communicate changes.
• Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement: learn Accuflow's products and supplier offerings; assist customers with product selection; participate in training; contribute ideas to improve service and processes.
