Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual speaking with Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer sales inquiries by telephone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Resolves complex requests and problems for a portfolio of customers in a tactful and expeditious manner.
• Quotes standard products within the company’s product mix for current customers.
• Enters orders within ERP system and processes all required paperwork.
