3S Industry seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to support our service and online sales operations. You will manage service inquiries, build quotes, and assist online store actions including orders, updates, shipping coordination, and basic reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in inside sales or related areas, strong organization, and CRM/Excel proficiency. You will collaborate across Sales, Service, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely service delivery.

Competenze

2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, customer success, or service coordination.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple quotes and orders with clear prioritization.
Proficient in CRM tools and basic reporting (Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

Respond to inbound service inquiries with timely, professional responses and positive customer experience.
Prepare accurate service quotes, proposals, and documentation per templates and pricing guidelines.
Track quote status and follow-ups in the CRM, maintaining service pipeline visibility.
Support contract renewals, service planning, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate across Sales, Service Operations, Logistics and Finance for smooth handoffs.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, service history, and site details.
