Job summary

The Foundation Specialists in College Grove, TN are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support the sales team by following up on proposals and helping convert opportunities into closed sales.

This role emphasizes customer relationship building, administrative support to care and service teams, and meeting sales goals. A background in construction or related field is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
• Exceptional telephone communication and interpersonal skills
• Persistent, positive, and results-oriented approach to high-volume calls
• Construction industry experience or knowledge is preferred but not required
• Strong active listening, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
• Proficiency with computers, technology, and smart devices, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding proposals to answer questions, address concerns, and secure the sale.
• Proactively work to retain previously sold jobs when homeowners request to cancel an installation.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date homeowner files and customer records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Care, Sales, and Service teams as needed.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
