Foundation Building Materials is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to build strong customer relationships through expert guidance and exceptional service. From the front counter to tailored solutions, you’ll be at the heart of our success.

You will help customers with quotes, orders, and product information while coordinating with sales teams and inventory to ensureappy project support. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use time efficiently.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales.
• Provide product knowledge and generate accurate quotes and proposals.
• Assist walk-in customers and promptly handle inquiries or complaints.
• Drive profitable sales through selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately.
• Respond to orders and quote requests via multiple channels (phone, email, fax).
• Coordinate deliveries and show showroom operations; manage inventory movement.
